Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on form of bodywork rooted in osteopathy. Using subtle touch, the practitioner works with the body's natural self-regulating and self-healing capacities. The focus lies on the craniosacral system – the skull (cranium), spine, sacrum and surrounding tissues and fluids.
Craniosacral therapy may be supportive for migraines and headaches, stress and burnout, fatigue, sleep disorders, back and joint pain, jaw problems (TMJ/TMD), tinnitus, dizziness, psychosomatic complaints, pregnancy support and birth preparation, as well as trauma processing.
During a session, you remain fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table. Through gentle hand contacts, I perceive where tensions or restrictions are present in the body and accompany these with subtle impulses. There is no active joint manipulation. A session lasts 60 or 75 minutes.
Person-Centered Psychotherapy
Person-centered psychotherapy according to Carl Rogers is a humanistic form of psychotherapy that places the therapeutic relationship at its centre. In a respectful, non-judgemental space, you are free to explore your thoughts and feelings – at your own pace and without expectations.
This form of therapy can provide support if you are dealing with emotional distress, inner restlessness, exhaustion, recurring patterns, or if you are navigating a period of change.
